How much do I need to pay to book?
You only pay the deposit (equivalent to one month's rent) plus the online payment processing fee (Stripe fee, approximately 2.9% + €0.30). The deposit is returned at the end of your stay.
What if the room isn't as expected?
You have 24 hours from your arrival to report any issues. If the room doesn't match the description, we'll refund your money in full.
How long do I have to pay after my request is accepted?
You have 24 hours to complete the payment once your request is accepted. If you don't pay within that time, the booking is automatically cancelled.
Can I visit the room before booking?
Yes, you can contact us to arrange a visit. We also offer video calls for students who can't come in person.
What is the minimum stay?
